nieurovera.us does not sell NeuroVera, so we can't issue refunds. Refunds are handled by the vendor and ClickBank under the guarantee below, which is summarized from the official order page.

The 365-day guarantee

NeuroVera is covered by a 100% money-back guarantee for 365 days from the original purchase date. It applies to opened and empty bottles, so you can use the product and still request a refund within the year.

How to request a refund

Contact the vendor's support team by the toll-free number or email address on your order confirmation, or find your order through ClickBank at clkbank.com. Return the product as instructed. The vendor states the refund is issued within 48 hours of the returned product arriving.

What isn't refunded

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded, and you pay the cost of returning the product.

Marketplace purchases

The guarantee covers orders placed through the official order page. Bottles bought from third-party sellers on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart or eBay may not be covered.
